Larissa Polkinghorne, Physiotherapist
Larissa is a Physiotherapist with Postgraduate University Qualifications in Continence and Women’s and Men’s Health from Curtin University Western Australia. Her passion to help Women in this area, combined with qualifications and experience provides her with expertise in assisting with the management of pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, bladder and/or bowel dysfunction, prolapse, postoperative gynaecological rehabilitation and antenatal/postnatal care. Larissa is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association Continence and Women’s Health Group, the International Continence Society and the Continence Foundation of Australia.
She has undertaken numerous courses since graduating around the treatment of chronic/persistent pain presentations and enjoys working with patients who feel they have already exhausted the health system and tried multiple treatments.
